Diamond Land and Livestock LLC (a partner in the Diamond McNabb Ranch Horse Program) is looking for individuals interested in beginning or continuing in equine training, equine health maintenance, equine buying and selling and the broad spectrum of each aspect of a potential career in the equine industry.



Hires will apply horsemanship and training based strongly on Ken McNabb Horsemanship mentality and methods. Successful candidates will be overseen in preparing a string of horses for the Diamond-McNabb Ranch Horse sale and the general public, as well as halter breaking, starting under saddle and seasoning the ranch’s home raised colts and fillies to mature saddlehorses, and other horse and ranch-industry related responsibilities. This job has a strong focus on horses, but is deeply rooted on a traditional working ranch and encompasses many responsibilities and work requirements besides the horses. We are not a traditional training barn and all employees will help with general ranch work including but not limited to fencing, haying, irrigating, operating ranch equipment, moving and handling cattle, feeding, facility upkeep, assisting with hospitality, and other needs.



Housing is offered. Successful candidates will live in housing with other employees (of the same gender). Workers Compensation insurance and transportation on the ranch is provided.
