Description:
High Card Hand aka Batman was born on 4/25/20. He is the first from this pairing. We are very excited for him to be here. He has 2 hind matching white stockings, star, partial strip and snip. He is 89% FQHA eligible and is 5 panel NN because both parents are.

UPDATE 4/21/22: Batman has shown to be easy going, personable, willing and trainable. He hasn’t been handled alot and is ready to start now. Currently 14.3 ish hands. Expected to reach 15.1+ hands. He has big solid feet. No injuries besides one cosmetic wound as a weanling. He is stout, has a soft eye and built more upright in the front. He will be a big soggy gelding. We think he would make a nice head horse prospect or for sure a ranch horse prospect or just an all around horse. We really feel he has the mind to be very versatile.

His dam, Boon Fever aka Sally was bred by the 6666’s and carries their brands. This was her 4thfoal and she is a daughter of Boon San. BOON SAN is the earner of $57,579: money- earner, 2006 NCHA Open Futurity; split 6th, 2007 Bonanza Open Derby; finalist, 2007 Breeders Invitational Open Derby; 6th, 2007Brazos Bash Open Derby; money- earner, 2007 NCHA Open Super Stakes; 2007 Breeders Invitational Open Derby Sale Incentive Reserve Champion. BOON SAN is A Leading Sire. Sire of 35 RGP money-earners, Average Earnings Per Money-Earner: $23,923. Sally is out of a Playboys Buck Fever daughter, Six Fever. Playboys Buck Fever was a very neat buckskin stallion owned by Miller Land and Livestock in WY. They have this to say about him "Buck Fever and his colts are wonderful using horses that make cowboying more enjoyable! He is proven in the rodeo arena as well. His fantastic mind handles pressure, and he is fast to steers and handles them like they are nothing on the end of the rope. His sire Jack" is a 93% FQHA registered stallion. He is 15.1-15.2 hands and weighs around 1100 lbs. Jack has big black hooves, big hip, big shoulder and a big presence. We were drawn to Jack because of his size, disposition and breeding. His kind eye is also something we love about him. Jack loves to greet you wherever you are for a good scratch. Jack is 6th descendant of the King Ranch’s foundation sire, Ole Sorrel going back to him an estimated 7x. Hired Hand is only 2x off Jack’s papers which is very exciting. We are huge fans of the King Ranch program! His top side also carries speed through Boston Mac. Boston Mac had a great disposition and produced very versatile foals. Jack’s bottom side has Watch Joe Jack on his papers. Watch Joe Jack was one of the top earning sons of Two Eyed Jack. Captain Handy also goes to the great Oklahoma Star who was born in the Oklahoma Panhandle where Jamie is from. Just a neat little fact. Jack is going to add size, bone, great dispositions, speed and hopefully versatility to his offspring, not to mention color! Jack is homozygous dun, which means he can only produce duns. Our goal with Jack is to retain a couple replacements for ourselves and offer his other offspring as ranch or rope prospects. His first foal crop for us came in 2020

Batman has a current coggins, fresh trim, vaccinated and dewormed. He will come with signed transfer and his AQHA papers. We will provide a health certificate if out of state travel.
