Please read entire ad before you contact me. Unfortunately I have to offer my mare for sale. Her background: Before coming to me she was halter broke as a yearling and then sat in pasture for years near southern Arizona. She was then sent to a "trainer" that I suspect abused her. I got her in 2021 as a project horse, but I do not have the resources or experience to get her where she needs to be. I have probably sixty rides on her, but the last time I rode she spooked and ran. I took a hard fall then in January and have not been back on since. She lounges, drives, has good ground manners. Never had shoes as far as I know, but has impeccable feet. Her legs are clean, she carries herself well and moves beautifully. She has the sweetest in your pocket personality, would make a great broodmare I suspect. Ranch bred and raised, cowy, papered. She needs an experienced colt starter, miles and someone with patience. This is not a horse you can physically punish, she won’t trust you. My asking price is the money I’ve put into her and is negotiable to the right home. It breaks my heart to offer her for sale, but I don’t have the time to devote to her.
