Outstanding pair of inlaid spurs by Gary Hakes of Cottonwood, Az. He is featured in the Martin’s book on modern makers. I was told that he no long is making. Fine engraving in the silver inlays, as well as the steel. 2.5" rowels, 3 1/4" shanks, 3 1/4" heel openings, heel chains. A quality maker whose works are seldom seen for sale.
