Now available, a beautiful litter of border collie pups. This remaining pup is a blue merle tricolor male. The parents are both excellent ABCA registered dogs, with the father being a great cattle dog, while the mother is a great pet. The father is a large (just over 50 lbs) long-haired red merle with blue eyes. He is incredibly loyal, highly driven to please, and a fine stock dog. The mother is a small/medium (around 30-35 lbs) black and white with medium/long hair. She is an excellent pet, and can run as fast or faster than any other border collie I have seen. They are both highly intelligent. This pup will receive his first round of shots, and a brief vet exam at 6 weeks of age. At that time he will also receive his first round of a preventative dewormer. The parents are ABCA registered, a service which I throw in for free on each pup. Additionally they will go to their new home with a sample bag of the puppy food I have started them on, allowing you to blend it into whichever food you choose for a seamless transition, as well as a second round of dewormer to administer at 12 weeks. These are not factory/mills pups. They are raised on the farm with daily human interaction, as well as repeated exposure to children. This means that they should be well equipped to settle into their new environment, whether that be working cattle or sheep on your farm, or in your home as a family pet. My pups from previous litters have found great success as working livestock dogs, family pets, at least one as a trick/show dog, and even one as a fire house dog (who needs a dalmatian when you could have a border collie!).
