Buttons is the kind of pony you will drive the wheels off of your truck trying to find! He is one of the sweetest geldings to be around and will meet you at the gate every day. Buttons are 9 years old and 14hh tall. He has been trail-ridden hundreds of miles and will go exactly where you point him. He crosses water, over bridges, traffic safe, down steep embankments, and across rough terrain. Buttons have been ridden at chuckwagon races and pasture ropings, he is not phased by any of the chaos. He has been used outside to gather and sort cattle. He has done leadline, with our 2 y/o daughters, at barrel races and all the playday events. He stands for our daughter to brush, pet, and crawl all over and has never made a wrong move. He truly takes care of his rider and is a great confidence booster for any age or level of rider. He loads and trailers like a dream. Stands tied to be saddled, bridled, and mounted. If you need a mounting block, he stands for that as well. He rides around like dad’s big horse; one-handed, stops good, backs, opens/closes gates off of him, and he rides on a loose rein at all gaits.
