Description:
No experience required. We run about 300 head high end cattle, a bunch of goats a few sheep and horses. Need ranch hand willing to learn, works hard and is looking to advance on a working ranch. We are at 7000’ elevation on the Utah Nevada border. We get plenty of snow and cold in the winter. Winter work load is about 6-7 hours a day some are much longer but many are less hours. We are a family, Christian operation and the nearest town is an hour away so no active drunks or addicts. Social interaction after hours is fine but no drunk and disorderly behavior will be tolerated. We provide room and board (food is very good) all utilities and provide internet for bunk house as well. Looking for someone who wants to live this life and build their own herd and ranch with our help. Pay is negotiable but we have a three month probation period with lower pay. We do embryo flushing and transfers and need a team player who is willing to learn and do things our way. Summer hours are longer than winter typically 10+ hours a day.
