Dynamic and hard working couple seeking employment on a ranch in New Mexico. Lots of possibilities for our wide range of skills. Both grew up on and have worked on ranches our entire lives.



Him: Wide range of experience from cow/calf to feedlot. Some experience farming and caring for pecan trees. Excellent horseman and farrier. Loves starting colts and training horses. Skilled roper. Can operate equipment tractors, blade, skidsteer, etc. Experience with windmills and waterlines, tons of fence building, welding, etc. Loves rough country and being far from town and people. Computer skills. Navy veteran.



Her: Raised on a large cow/calf and racehorse operation. Multiple college degrees in agriculture and education. BQA certified. Fifteen years of award winning teaching experience- could provide homeschool/tutoring/child care or teach off the ranch. Also experienced as emergency veterinary technician as well as emergency room technician and home health care- could provide home health care services for elderly. Experience as food and beverage director and craft bartender for exclusive private resort- could manage resort services, beverage and catering services; excellent cook and party planner. Experience with a wide range of livestock show animals, rodeos, and horse shows. Experience with marketing, social media, excellent computers skills, record keeping, data analysis, personnel management. Can learn how to do just about anything!



Interested in position with housing, salary and health insurance benefits (if she isn’t teaching off the ranch). Have a teenager at home that is a hard worker and excellent student. Three well trained dogs with us as well. Prefer to stay in New Mexico to be near aging parents.
