2006 AQHA Gelding

Chewie is a good looking, fancy broke horse. He has crossed water and gone through some rough country to gather cows. You can swing a rope off him, drag calves and he won’t bat an eye. He also has experience in the arena. He has been started in goats and patterned lightly on barrels and also competed in FFA and 4-H showmanship for years. Will travel on a loose rein with a low head, solid neck reining and leg cues. Bathes, loads, clips and stands for the farrier.

This horse has a lot of get up and go and likes to have a job, however he has tons of heart and wants to work. He is not for a beginner as he needs someone with confidence.

Only maintenance is he needs his feet done on a set 8 wk schedule or he tends to get sore in the front end. He’s been barefoot for the past two years.
