Dave is a 5 year old sorrel tovero gelding. Dave is a personable, friendly, and flashy Paint gelding! He hasn’t found a person or horse he doesn’t get along with! He’s the first to meet you at the gate and nickers if he hears you coming down the barn aisle. He’s a barn favorite! He travels low headed in all gaits. He’s smooth to sit and soft in his chin. Dave is open for anything you throw at him! Teach it to him today, and he goes back to his stall, does his homework, and comes out the next day with it down! He’s learning to spin, side pass, turn on the forehand and has a green clean flying lead change! He will carry the flag, pull your kids in a sled, drag tarps, and work bull whips. He does all the trail obstacles, crosses water and is traffic safe. Dave is lightly started on ranch work, roping some slow calves and pushing and gathering cattle. He has not been amped or jazzed up. It has been genuine, slow ranch work. He hauls, stands great to be hot shod, bathed and clipped.
