Description:
Looking for experienced manager or managing couple to operate a 4 season outfitting camp in Western Wyoming. This camp operates alongside a working cattle ranch. Abilities and interest to help out in ways on the ranch would be the best fit.



Would need someone to start immediately to jump on board in the middle of our snowmobiling season. Previous management is here and ready to help with a smooth transition. That being said, our operation is still in its infancy, and the best candidate is eager to take on this operation and build it to be something great! We would need someone who is excited to work with guests all year long (snowmobiling, horseback riding, pack trips, and hunting) in a beautiful place. The ideal candidate is interested in utilizing our camp in unique ways to provide a one-of-a-kind service. We operate on and off our private ranch and use a camp that has some permanent infrastructure, it’s truly a camp like no other. Our ranch and camp are family-owned, and we are certainly not absentee owners. The desire to work with us to build a great operation that will heavily rely on your vision is needed.



Some of our most important values here are SAFETY, integrity, being a good neighbor, and providing an authentic western experience. Our goal is to provide guests with a revitalizing and educational experience outside.



We are in one of the coldest, snowiest, but most beautiful places in the world. This place is not for the faint of heart.



We are NOT looking for someone who can prove they are an expert at the activities that go on in an outfitting camp, but rather a capable operator, great leader, organized person, and fantastic communicator. Being skilled in what we do is important, but accomplishing our mission through a team is the true goal.
