Wrangler / Trail Guide



Do you enjoy riding horses and want to do that for a living? Come guide trail rides in the iconic landscapes of Moab, Utah. We’re close to Arches and Canyonlands National Park and ride on some of John Wayne’s trails.





The Company:



Red Cliffs Ranch is located on the banks for the Colorado River, 14 miles outside of Moab, Utah. It is a destination location for visitors from all over the world who want to ride and spend a few nights at the adjacent Red Cliffs Lodge, a one of a kind hotel, celebrating the western lifestyle. We pride ourselves with breathtaking scenery, friendly co-workers and a fun and caring work environment.

The Position:



We are looking for a positive and hard working wrangler to add to our team.



Riding experience is required

Guiding experience is preferred but not necessary

Must be outgoing and enjoy interaction with guests

Must be willing to learn and enjoy many hours on horseback

Must speak English

We work anywhere from 4 to 6 days a week and average 8 hours per day

This is a physical position and requires the applicant to work on their feet for the majority of the day

The job includes saddling horses, guiding trail rides, maintaining the horses and stables area

The applicant must have their own vehicle and valid drivers license

In addition to your hourly wages you will be paid a commission as well as tips. The more you work the more money you’ll make
