Description:
Kitzmiller Grazing Association is seeking a ranch manager for a 2270 head yearling ranch. Duties include but are not limited to: 1. Maintenance and improvement-Fences/Corrals, house, yard, water facilities-mostly windmills, equipment. 2. Cattle Care-Processing- checking in and out and processing of grazing association members livestock, driving cattle to and from summer pasture, checking water and salt, insect and disease control, providing all care while yearlings are on the ranch. Develop a plan to best utilize the ranch for stocking rates, placement of cattle, and in and out dates. 3. Reporting to board and membership- report to board of directors monthly and full membership yearly, assist secretary/treasurer in keeping records of assessments, income and grazing records required.
