Description:
JLB Ranch is a large commercial cow-calf operation located in South Central Ks. We are looking to hire one or possibly two individuals to come on board and work for the ranch and be based out of HQ. We would like to hire a couple or a family that would like to join our growing business and be part of a large ranch environment.



Duties include but not limited to:

Be part of the team that handles weaning as well as heifer development

Help with calving hfrs - spring and fall hfrs; hfr calving involves the whole team

Working with a cowboy crew that handles large groups of cattle using horses



Experience required:

Need to have the horsemanship skills and experience to be able to work with a crew as well as by yourself.

Need to have your own working horses that a job can be done on

Need to be able to work and take guidance- company is very successful and takes pride in producing high quality cattle

Need to be physically able to work in all weather conditions- winter is coming
