Description:
Family owned West Texas Ranch is seeking an honest, hardworking, self-motivated person who takes pride in their work. We are looking for someone who appreciates tradition but is open to improvement and change. Our goal is to raise gentle cattle while improving the land that God has entrusted to us. This includes many days and miles of being horseback, but this is NOT a horseback only job. Duties include but are not limited to livestock husbandry, equipment maintenance, fence repair, maintenance and repair of water wells (solar, windmills etc.) and other assorted ranch improvement projects. Experience is always helpful but willingness to learn is invaluable. The level of responsibility given and pay will be determined by experience and performance. If riding a horse is not your cup of tea, do not let the horseback aspect of this position scare you away. We have plenty to do from the ground or cab of a pickup/machinery.
