SOONER LITTLE LEANA – 2010 AQHA Chestnut Gelding x A Sooner Guy x Smart Sooner out of King Doc Doc JT x Senor Doc King. Double D is an All-around Junior Rodeo Horse. We have rodeoed on him all year and the kids did great on him. My 13 year old daughter Lana hauled him to Junior High Rodeos placing in the barrels and poles. She won the average in poles winning a buckle and was 2nd the average in the barrel racing, at a rodeo and he placed at many of the Junior High Rodeos in the Top 5. My 8 year old boy rode him in Guthrie, OK at the National Little Britches Rodeo Finals and did very well with clean runs. Clayton had only ran Double D at two jackpots prior to the finals, it was pretty cool. Clayton has placed 2nd in the barrels with Double D at several Little Britches regional rodeos. This horse is solid and can run at several different levels, he can run inside or outside, he will run in mud, and he handles all types of ground. The people we got him from roped both ends on him, we have roped on him a couple of times in the practice pen and he was good. Double D is a solid and very stout horse. He hauls good and is a good traveler, eats and drinks where ever he goes and ties to trailer with no problems.
