Description:
“Jimmy” is a big, good looking golden palomino gelding that is gentle for the whole family to enjoy. He stands 15.2hh, great bone and foot, and is built to last a lifetime. We bought Jimmy off of the lady that had raised him from a yearling. He has been on extensive overnight camping trips across the Midwest, he is a been there done that proven trail horse. Very sure footed, crosses anything you point him towards, laid back easy going type of guy. Jimmy knows all of the basics in the arena, takes his leads, bends at the poll, moves off leg pressure, and has a good whoa. He has autopilot steering which makes him very easy to navigate both on the trails and in the arena. Jimmy has also been used to pony colts, he stays calm and cool, doesn’t mind the commotion, and can pull from the horn when need be. He is traffic safe, great with dogs and wildlife, desensitized to tarps, flags, and a rope. No lunging required, he’s the get on and go type of horse. We feel that Jimmy should fit most all levels of riders, you do not need to be an expert to get along with this guy! Sound, no big blemishes, current on deworming, shoes, and coggins.
