Description:
SCR Peptoes Citykid (“Kid”) is an friendly, outgoing, intelligent gelding with the looks, style, and conformation that is indicative of his fine breeding. Kid enjoys going and is the first to be caught. He is easy to saddle, bridle, and trailer. He is experienced in all facets of cattle work, municipal and mountain trail riding, and some arena work. Kid has worked in a feedlot: opening gates, pulling sick cattle, sorting pens, shipping finished cattle. Kid has also worked on a ranch: gathering and moving cattle and roping calves. On the trails, he handles rough terrain, down fall, water, wildlife, bridges, bicycles, strollers, and dogs with confidence and ease. In the arena, he has been started in ranch sorting and working equitation. Kid is soft and supple, neck reins, and stays between the knees. He has a bridle horse headset. Kid is a family type horse: he is good with children on the ground and can carry younger riders. He rides out alone or in a group and gets along with other horses in the pen. He is good for the farrier and vet. He has excellent feet and is current on vaccinations, coggins, and deworming. Prepurchase report and radiographs available.
