AC, heater, CD player and radio work great.

Fridge/freezer are perfectly regulated.

All stove burners work and so does the oven. Yes, it has an oven- so when you’re done spending countless hours in the saddle you can come back to the LQ and bake a pie 😂

Queen Temperpedic mattress is yours is ya want it just know it’s seen some action 🕺🏻💃🏻

Couch folds down into a bed and the table can be stored in a cubby.

Bathroom has tons of storage and the shower has a decent amount of room for all your crap you think you need at a horse show.

Wood floor under the mats are in great condition. #1 stall is your stud stall and has a collapsible manger and the other 3 have permanent mangers.

There’s a crap ton of storage on the outside directly under where the managers are. Tack room has a 4 saddle rack, blanket bar and a bunch of hooks. Generator and h2o tank not included. I’m not sure why my pics aren’t coming out straight? Trying to edit—I have more pics- just ask!
