Description:
Working Foreman to manage and operate a 200-cow operation on an 8000-acre ranch in south eastern Montana. The operation involves farming 400 acres of irrigated hay fields for the herd’s winter feed and sale of excess hay to nearby ranchers.



The position requires experience in maintenance, repair, and operation of haying equipment, fencing, calving, doctoring, and branding.



The self-starter foreman is expected to run the entire operation year-round. Up to four horses allowed. Benefit package includes occupancy of a 2BR home including all utilities, use of a work truck, and four wheeler, 401K, health insurance, beef, and profitability incentive bonuses. Salary depends on qualifications.
