Description:
Blue Duck is a 7yr old, 15.1hh, grade gelding. This is a horse we’ve owned for the last year and has been used for just about everything. If you’re wanting a cowboy type of horse, this is your guy. From his looks to his personality, Ducky screams “ranchy”. He likes having a job and he’s one you take when you know you’re going to be gone all day. Whether it’s doctoring or chasing down a maverick, he’s got your back. He’s spent a lot of time in the feed yards and working cow sales as well. In the arena, you can back Ducky in the head box or use him as a pickup horse. On the head side, he’s good in the box, pulls by the horn, faces like one should, and scores great. When picking up, Ducky has the speed and the guts that will put bigger pickup horses to shame. He doesn’t shy away from pushing one to the fence, will take a hit, and doesn’t mind having to drag one out of the arena either.



Blue Duck will be available at the Billings Horse Sale on July 24th. Online bidding is available through NVLA. New online bidder registration ends at noon on Friday, July 23rd. You can also create an account on NVLA to watch the sale live.
