Description:
Smoke is a handsome ‘Bay Roan’ looking for a job. He has done it from gathering, doctoring (calves and mama cows) and dragging calves to the fire during branding season. He is sold on the ranch. He is super comfortable in the arena as well-lopes nice circles, stops off your seat, roll backs, side passes, is easy to rate down and will pick up when asked and is typically ridden one-handed. He works off leg and neck rein pressure and is comfortable to ride. If you have a job to do on the ranch or want to enjoy a nice trail ride and want to own a beautiful ‘blue bay roan’ then Smoke might be the horse for you. He is respectful when you are handling him and has a ranch horse pedigree to boot (Hancock/Valentine). This beautiful foundation bred twelve (12) year old gelding stands 16 hands, straight legged, sound and UTD on shots, teeth, coggins/health certificate and vaccinations. He is easy to bath, clip, shoe & catch.



He has spent the past couple years with us competing at trail challenges, been through a whole bunch of indoor/outdoor obstacles, used as a ranch horse, in the arena and out on the trails. He’s climbed, crossed and handled all sorts of terrain and is surefooted wherever you need to take him.
