Gentle well broke experienced Ranch Sorting and all around gelding.

2007 Very nice, gentle, well broke gelding.

Smarty is easy to handle and ride, he is not pushy and has good ground manners. Stands still for mounting/dismounting. He is light and sensitive to cues, moves off your leg and seat easily, and really tries to please. Walks out nicely. He is fun to ride especially ranch sorting! He’s very cowy and is tuned into the rider, usually I just look at the cow I want and he’s there! Also he is quiet and smooth entering the herd. He’s had a lot of outside riding, and obstacles. I have swung ropes and drug poles. Not spooked easily, handles traffic, ATV’S, motorcycles, bicycles, hikers with packs, dogs, deer, elk, startled birds, etc.. Ties, loads, hauls, bathes and is good for farrier.
