14.3 Hands. 8 years old. AQHA Blue Roan Mare.

Driftin Blue Bird was purchased as a weanling. She was trained in Utah by Shane Haveland and we used her as a ranch horse until she was first bred in May of 2018 and since then she’s been used as a broodmare. Her first colt was a product of sire, Flash the Dash, by Royal Quick Dash which produced a beautiful blue roan stud. She was breed again in 2019 to IBA Cartel and foaled a gorgeous black stud colt with 4 white feet in June of 2020. Included in her sale are 4 semen straws by IBA Cartel.

IBA Cartel was never raced due to injury, however, his sire is the #1 stallion on the list of money earners for 2020 !!!!!

The breed fee for this sire is $20,000.00.

So in an addition to purchasing this mare, you will receive 4 semen straws from IBA Cartel that is located at Country Side Vet Services in St. Anthony, ID. The only extra fee will be shipping. This gives you a two-in-one package!

This is an EXCELLENT bred mare with a great mind that has been a great asset to our family and will definitely produce some valuable foals with gorgeous color.

Driftin Blue Bird is a VERY quiet mare, she has been ridden bareback recently, and was amazing, with NO issues whatsoever after being a broodmare for 3 years. She was ridden extensively before started as a broodmare and was always extremely quiet and a great trail and mountain horse. As a 2year old when she was broke she never bucked once !

She is only 8 years old and has a VERY bright future as an excellent broodmare or any direction a person wants to take her for riding.
