Handy is a big, full made gelding that is a "been there done it" kind of horse.

He stands right at 16h tall and is made to last forever. Handy is a gentle giant, he may be big and powerful, but he has the kindest disposition you could want. He is gentle every day you saddle him, and a meet you at the gate kind of horse.

Handy has been ridden many miles all through the Big Horn mountains, on the ranch, and through the desert. He has seen all aspects of ranch work, and has been used for countless hunting and pack trips through the mountains.

Handy has been in Arizona for the last 6 months and has turned into a very nice head horse as well. He is not only great to ride outside, he is broke in the arena where he will lope collected circles, move off of leg pressure, bend at the poll, is soft in his face and sides, and has a nice turn around. Handy is super easy to ride with a true one hand neck rein.

If you can climb up there you can ride him! He has been ridden by all classes of riders from experienced to beginners, and will take care of you every time. This is a very willing, well mannered, wonderful gelding that is safe for the entire family to ride. whether you want to hunt, trail ride, ranch, or rope you will be safe and have a blast with Handy.



He sells June 5th Bots Sots Remount in Sheridan Wy and his price will be determined then. Phone and internet bids are welcome.
