Description:
Ranch caretaker needed for Christian owned Northern WY ranch consisting of 60,000 acre mix of deeded, blm, state and NF land.



Owner is involved but travels a lot. Year round position. We appreciate a great work ethic and a sense of responsibility for caring for and improving the land. Must be able to self start and self manage a good bit.



Rounded skillset is required including ability to operate construction and farm equipment, handyman/building skills, equipment and vehicle maintenance, light farming and irrigating, light cattle work (we run about 110 pairs of our own together with leasing grazing to others), fence maintenance and general overall upkeep.



Ability to supervise a seasonal ranch hand. Possibility of you having some cows of your own to run with ours. Individual or family considered.



$2500-$3000 mo DOE plus housing. House and utilities provided although the house will need a little updating at the start which will be part of the job. No drinking, smoking, or drugs.
