Description:
On the left is a vintage handmade bit that’s not marked. This bit was included in a huge lot of headstalls that I purchased. I’ve never seen a bit like it. It has 2 floating pieces on the dog bone mouthpiece. The bridle was attached to the tops of the floating pieces. If anyone can tell me what its called that would be great. Its in perfect working condition. The mouthpiece measures 5.5".



In the middle is a really nice Cavalry S Shank Horse bit stamped GRD. The bit has 8" Shanks and a standard 5" mouthpiece with copper inlay. And on the right, is a really nice, ANTIQUE HUMMING BIRD Iron Bit with a High Port and Roller. Shanks: 6", Mouth: 5" , Port is 2" Tall with Roller, in great, vintage condition. I do not see a maker stamp.
