Description:
This job opportunity is for a family-owned cattle operation and construction company located in Northwest Arkansas. This is a long-term position for a person with experience working cattle and construction eager to advance with our company.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

• Feeding and care of cattle

• Calving

• Doctoring Cattle

• Work cattle during scheduled vaccinations and assist with herd health evaluations, pasture rotations.

• Operate Tractor and Hay equipment/hay operations.

• Repairing and installing fence

• Other farm duties as necessary

• Maintaining Equipment

• Construction site work and skills



Skills required:

• Beef cattle experience

• Ability to operate tractors and hay equipment.

• Experience and knowledge of operating dozer and other heavy equipment a plus

• Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to complete projects with limited or no direct supervision once trained.

• Ability to work outdoors 40 + hours a week during peak seasons.

• Desire to improve processes and efficiency throughout operations.

• Ambition, honesty, and respect



Other helpful skills:

Mechanic and maintaining heavy equipment, welding, any construction site skills, and knowledge of ranch maintenance.



Job Requirements:

Good driving record, able to pass drug screening and background check, must maintain a professional image, and have an outstanding work ethic.



Housing provided for the right candidate—pay based on experience, knowledge, and dependability.
