Description:
The Bar NI Ranch in southern Colorado is looking for an individual with some kitchen experience to come cook under our head chef for our guests and staff. Our ideal candidate has a passion for cooking and baking and has a desire to continue to learn. Our head chef does all the menu planning and will lay out how he wants the meals prepared and our cooks assist in the execution and presenting the meals. Other duties may include meat curing, cultivating vegetables and fruit in our greenhouse, etc. We need a calm, self-motivated individual that can take instruction easily and will not cause drama.



We offer a monthly wage, share of tips, performance based season end bonus, housing, utilities and meals. Please note we do not have any family housing available. No pets. All staff have access to ranch activities on their days off and are given some complimentary nights for their guests to come stay.
