Description:
Cooper is a very pretty palomino gelding that is kind, sweet and sane. He is absolutely gentle for most any rider. All of his riding has been on a ranch in Montana by a gentleman who is now in his late 80’s and no longer rides. He’s been used to gather, pen and move cows, to help load trucks, prowl pastures for strays and to check fences. They used him a lot to pony colts. He will also pony off another horse if you have a kid you want to lead line on him. You can saddle him up on a cold morning and ride off without worry. Their older grandkids rode him also. He’s a been hauled all over going on big trail rides. We’ve taken him to Dinosaur Valley Park and The National Grasslands and he’s always happy to go where you want him to. If you’re looking for an arena performance horse Cooper is not your guy but if you’re looking for a great trail horse or a horse you can use on your ranch he’s the perfect choice. Cooper doesn’t have any bad habits like cribbing, weaving, setting back, etc. He stands for the farrier, ties, bathes, loads and hauls.
