I am a 48 year old business man. I currently manage a group of 30 employees and office staff in 50million$ company. I do day to day planning for routes and make schedules. I manage the fleet and maintain records. I personally do all the ordering and equipment purchases for our branch. Look for cost effectiveness and ways to improve the bottom line. I oversee monthly training and safety classes. I have great communication skills and keep great records. I’m a man with an eye for detail and always looking to better the company. I like pristine, neat and order. A piece of trash doesn’t have a chance to lay around with me. I do get paid well but I know I am worth it and my philosophy has always been, I give a man an honest days work for an honest days pay. No laziness in these bones. Along with pay I have health insurance and 10% match on 401k. I put myself in this position due to the fact that I sold our family business a few years ago and they saw what I’ve done and wanted me on board. I am business minded to the core, always business first. In 5 years with this company I have not called in sick a day.

I also grew up on a small farm with horses and doing work with tractors and heavy equipment. My passion is horses. I love starting young horses and giving them a great experience and a soft hand. Cows have also been a part of our operation at times. I can recognize sickness, doctor, vaccinate, worm. And I believe in the easy gentle handling of cows. Lite carpentry, electrical, plumbing on small scales comes naturally. Hay equipment is no problem. I do not weld but I can learn anything.

I went to Montana in 2006, fell in love with the Rockies and the life. I want to get out of corporate and do what I love and be someone’s right hand man, someone you can count on to get things done. I would love to be in TX,MT, WY, or CO. Definitely not opposed to other states for the right situation.
