Description:
2014 model Ranch gelding 6yo, stands around 15.3+h and built! He has been extensively used for all aspects of ranch work the past few years. He’s worked several different stockyards, been used to catch cattle and load them, pasture roped off of, penned & sorted cows, used doctoring calves etc. You can rope anything you want he will hold it. Step off while doctoring he keeps your rope tight and waits for you to get back. He’s pulled cows out of bogs and been through rough terrain. Goes where pointed. Put him near a gate and he automatically side passes and works it, all you have to do is sit there. We have entered in him in local sortings and team pennings. He has been entered a couple times arena roping and would be an awesome head horse. He has lots of speed, guarantee you won’t get outran. If someone wanted to pattern him no reason he couldn’t make a barrel horse. Great gelding with an outstanding handle can’t say enough good things about him. We have used him to pony colts and have trail rode him many miles bridleless. He neck reins, works off your feet, rides with or without spurs, swims, great stop, back and role back. He has been a big part of our family and our go to horse. You can work off him and then put the kids on him. Never gets hot. Point him to a trailer he loads hisself. He is 100% sound and sane. Great feet does not require shoes. He has a breeder cert that was never sent off but dam is JRL Catty Joe and sire is Henry Boon. If sold paperwork will be provided. I have tons of pictures and some video I’ll be happy to tell you everything I know about him. Has had teeth floated and been taken care of. Call for more info.
