Description:
This is a beautiful saddle made by Mario Hanel from Sisters, Oregon. It is absolutely stunning in its carving and attention to detail. It is a true work of functional art. It is single rigged at 5/8. The seat is finished at 15 3/4". It is rock solid and tight, but not heavy or bulky. It needs no repair or adjustment to go to work. Never been damaged or in any wrecks. A serious rider could use this saddle daily for a long, long time and not wear it out. The leather is very firm and strong but still soft and supple. It has been deep cleaned and oiled. It will fit horses best that have more prominent withers. A more round backed horse with lower, broader withers will not be as comfortable.
