Description:
My name is Molly Cannon and I am a 29 year old female who has spent the last 10+ years working full time on my family’s ranch alongside my stepdad.



We run cow/calf pairs and replacement heifers on the western slope of Colorado.



Working cows we use low stress cattle handling.



Experience calving out cows and heifers from March-May.



Experience with hot iron branding in a calf chute. Wouldn’t mind learning the traditional way of doing it either.



Proficient in haying running tractors, tedder, rake, round and small square balers.



Other heavy machinery experience.



Proficient in building and maintaining electric and barb wire fencing, with H braces.



Welding experience.



10 years professional guiding experience with mule deer and elk that is also run and managed by step father.



Hard working, self starting, works independently or as a team, honest, reliable, capable, motivated, and looking to grow knowledge and experience with working bigger operations.



Seeking long term ranch job starting February or March 2021 in Wyoming, Colorado, Southern Montana, South Dakota or Nebraska.



Would prefer a job where horses are used, I own 3 ranch horses, 2 geldings( 5 & 6) and a mare (12).



Also own 4 well behaved, house or kennel broke dogs. ( 1,3, 6, 12 years) Would be a plus to get to use them, but not a must. ( 2 are working cattle dogs, 1 in training)



Own my own truck and 20ft stock combo trailer, and 4 wheeler.



Clean drivers license record, background record, no smoking, no drugs, no drinking.
