• Looking for conscientious efficient handy person to help as part of our team to make ready rental units as well as assist on small ranch property

• Duties include but are not limited to: installing faucets; painting houses’ interior & exterior; installing lighting & plumbing fixtures, toilets, vanities; repairing sheet rock; texturing; repairing leaks; fixing & monitoring sprinklers; landscaping

• Welding skills is a bonus

• Housing provided

• Half health insurance paid

• Half utilities paid

• Up to $2,500-$3,000 per month salary

• Start date – November 1st

• Located in Fort Worth, TX
