Description:
Kiowa is a 6 year old gelding that is actively a member of our main using string. He is a stout made and bid boned gelding standing at 15.2 hands tall. Kiowa is a gentle, good minded, no fuss, easy to be around type gelding. He knows what a days work is. From early mornings to late nights he stays gentle and honest even with days off. We have used him in all phases of ranch work and he is proficient in all areas. He can really pull! Kiowa has also been used to work the cow sale at our local sale barn and is good to open and close gates on. He is one hand broke and has some ride around to him. Kiowa is sure footed and will pick through thick woods or rough terrain easily. He crosses water and boggy patches without a hitch. This is a quality young gelding that is great at his job as a ranch horse. He’d make anyone proud to have him as a part of their string. He is one you can rely on to be a pleasure to use every time. With his size and ability he would make a pickup horse and would be great to shag bulls on.
