Just finished and offering for sale an authentic Pulled Wood Saddle Pad made from the wool of both Merino and Grey Gotland in natural colored wools (not dyed). Finished weight is approx. 8 lbs. and measures 32" sq. New, these are about 1 1/2" thick, but quickly compress to about half (3/4") for added contact to the horse; quickly they become soft and supple. Wool is known for: Antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifungal qualities; its wicking properties constantly pull moisture from the wet source to the dry source adding in blood circulation and relaxed back muscles on your horse. Excellent for cold or sore backed horses. Wool fibers are comprised of hollow pockets making wool an outstanding insulator! The results are: Cool in the summer, warm in the winter!
