Here is a powerhouse of a colt. He will mature into a mountain of a horse with bursting speed and endless cow sense. He will cover the country and be able to hold a bull as well as pack a big man. We have rode his dam endless miles pushing cattle and won many a team sorting. She is 15.3 and easily weighs 1300. She has a true quarter horse bursting speed that will make your eyes water! His sire is a very level minded bold horse that just about anyone can ride. This colt will mature into the kind of horse that will do anything you ask of him.



Here at Darling Creek, the mares foal outside and the foals are climbing hills as well as crossing creeks within hours of hitting the ground. The foals grow up with strong bones, sturdy feet and great minds. By the time they are ready for their first ride, they already know how to negotiate a bog, cross creeks and logs, climb a steep rocky hill and run across a steep hillside. These foals are what is referred to as "the special forces" of the horse world. The colts and fillies get handled and halter broke but not made into "pets".
