*****video updated July 4, 2020****2010 AQHA bay gelding. Grandson of Rooster. This is a well broke, well mannered gelding with eye appeal. He is a Cadillac to ride with a super smooth jog and lope. He carries himself in a collected, level, showy frame while still being able to travel through rough country. He is very responsive to leg and bit cues--he will move his nose, shoulders, and hips with minimal cueing. He is tough and gritty and can handle long days with lots of miles. Solid in stops, circles, turn arounds, and roll backs. Opens gates, drags calves, ropes cattle outside, sorts in the alley, gathers big pastures--this horse has done it all. He is a rock star in the branding pen and knows his job at the end of a rope. He excels when working with a crew or in an arena. He is at his best when he has a job. The horse has the size and roping experience to make a fancy heel horse. His style, cadence, and consistency make him a great candidate for SHOT or ranch horse shows. He has all the gentlemanly ground manners you would expect, is very trainable and wants to please. He is a big little horse that stands wide and square with good feet and bone.
