Super clean, well cared for LQ trailer. 32’ with 10’ short walk. 2005 with VERY little use. Has been stored inside every winter, pulled very little and always maintained professionally. Everything is in working order. Onan Gen, propane furnace, air conditioner unit, electric jack, electric awning, excellent water heater. Kitchen has fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, removable table, and lots of storage. T.v with DVD player and stereo system, outside speakers included. Queen size bed in gooseneck with lots of storage, TV access, and power box up there as well. Bathroom is separate and has a toilet, shower, it’s own sink and vanity, fan and sky light. Door from bathroom that goes back into stud stall. Plenty of storage for clothing and towels, etc. 3 horse with front stud stall and escape door, textured tough mats with hardly any wear, and comfortable for horses. Manger with lots of storage underneath. Back tack with saddle rack and bridle hooks on both sides. Drop down windows with safety bars, and lots of ventilation for horses even when they are closed. Hay rack on top, as well as water tank for horse water.
