Ranch Description

The ranch is located outside of Ten Sleep, WY on 20,000 acres (deeded and leased). The ranch has a strong recreational and agricultural operation. The recreational operation consists of horseback riding, deer and elk hunting, bird hunting, and fishing. The agricultural operation runs as a self-sustaining 500 cow ranch with a haying operation.



Position Description

The Manager’s main priorities are:

- Irrigation, Livestock, & Facilities

- Property and facility oversight

- Repair and maintenance of facilities



Candidate Qualification

A successful candidate must:

- Be clean and have an eye for detail

- Have experience with equine health and care

- Be flexible

- Be part of the overall ranch team

- Have experience with livestock, irrigation, vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance

- Be honest and have long-term intent
