THIS IS A JOHN BURGE MADE CUSTOM SADDLE THAT IS THE NICEST MADE SADDLE I HAVE SEEN. JOHN MADE SADDLES FOR RYONS IN FT WORTH TEXAS FOR YEARS RETIRED AND MOVED TO OKLAHOMA AND MADE A FEW SADDLES THIS IS PROBABLY THE LAST TEAM ROPING SADDLE HE WILL MAKE. THE PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS SADDLE JUSTICE BUT IF YOU NEED ANY OTHERS JUST LET ME KNOW. THIS HAS A TRIPPING BREST COLLAR . ALL THE HARDWARE IS GLENN POINTER HARDWARE WITH CAMPBELL CONCHOS. NOTHING WAS SPARED TO MAKE THIS A REALLY NICE SADDLE. IT WAS BUILD ON A OLIN YOUNG LEWIS TREE 6 1/2 INCH WIDE GULLET 7 1/2 INCHES TALL # 18 HORN 13 1/2 INCH SWELL 4 INCH CANTLE. IF YOU ZOOM IN YOU CAN SEE INTIALS ON THE FENDORS. WOULD CONSIDER TRADING FOR AN OLE MAN GENTLE TEAM ROPING HORSE THAT YOU CAN TIE ON TO HEELING.
