Description:
Grass and care for roughly 150 yearlings (400-500 lbs in weight) April 15-August 15 (approximately 120 days). Possible to add cattle numbers or grazing days depending on rainfall and grazing conditions. Charged at a rate of $0.84/stocker/day.



Cattle will rotate through about 2000 acres of rangeland and improved grasses with 1-7 day moves through about 35 paddocks. Good water points fenced with barbed wire and electric.



Steers preferred, minimum of 60 days started prior to arrival. Chronics will be promptly returned to owner. We will put out owner’s salt, mineral, and cake and doctor with owner’s medicine as needed. Certified scales, excellent processing facility with hydraulic chute, etc available.



An implanted steer will gain about 1.7 lbs/day from December to August historically when fed an ionophore and caked with 1 lb/day of 38% cubes starting July 4th (Oklahoma Gold program).
