Great Franklin Saddle Shop "Oregon" model saddle for sale. Late 1970’s model. Saddle comes with original catalog from Franklin Saddle shop Union, Oregon.

This saddle has High Quality Nettles 3 1/2 inch metal wrapped monel stirrups added. Fenders are 18 inches long.

The saddle is original other than the Nettles stirrups. Please see photo with catalog page on this saddle for saddle specs. Saddle comes with original 1979 catalog.

This is a COLLECTOR’S saddle and a very ridable saddle at the same time!

Saddle is VERY comfortable to ride and fits a wide variety of horses. Great condition for the age of this saddle which speaks to it’s quality. It has been used. Since I have owned it, the saddle has been ridden infrequently and stored indoors.

Saddles from this maker at this time were very well built to last a lifetime.

If you are looking for a nice quality wade saddle this one rides and fits a lot like one. At a better price.
