Description:
Nestled between the Crazy and Bridger Mountains in the picturesque Shields Valley the 4 Diamond Ranch is looking for a ranch hand to join our team. The mission of the 4 Diamond Ranch is to produce high quality grass finished beef using innovative grazing and cattle management techniques while employing the best of traditional western ranching practices. The successful candidate will be a self starter with a strong work ethic, willing to try new ways of doing things while respecting tradition, and the desire to be part of a great community.

Duties include, but not limited to, cattle work/handling, feeding, irrigation (flood and pivot), haying, infrastructure maintenance (fencing, stock water systems, buildings), equipment maintenance.

Benefits include, housing, beef, paid vacation, health insurance assistance. Salary DOE
