ISO trainer with clientele to rent stalls out of established facility in the heart of beautiful central oregon. Large outdoor arena useable almost year round, covered round pen, washrack, show stalls and/or paddocks. Hay, grain, shavings and stall cleaner provided with stall rent. Arena is set up for roping. 1700 sq ft house optional as well on property. Facility is operating as Dee Bar Farms. This is not a paid position, it is for a trainer with clientele to run their business out of my facility. Owner easy to work with.
