Description:
Cajun is a 10 year old grade dun gelding. He is broke, he is good looking, and he is ready to go to work for you! Whether you want to use him on the ranch or ride him down the trail Cajun will do his job for you. He is a nice ranch gelding with a great handle and an outstanding build and color. Cajun is a thick made gelding with lots of bone and shape. He stands about 14.3 hands tall. He has been used in all aspects of ranch work and is a solid go-to horse to use.



We have used Cajun in every way on the ranch you could think of. He is great to sort on and has a lot of cow, you can rope one on him, he will pull anything you tie to him, will hold a rope, and he is great to cover rough country on. We have ridden him through some tight spots gathering cattle and fixing fence and he picks his way through thick rough country like its nothing and takes care. Crossing water and deep mud is no problem for him at all. He goes where you point and does what is asked of him.



Cajun is a gentle and well mannered gelding. He is great for the farrier, trailers great, and stands tied perfectly. He has never offered to buck even when fresh. He has a lot of handle and feel about him and is very broke. He picks up both leads and lopes circles both ways, turns around good, and has a nice stop. Though we have only used Cajun outside we feel he has a great deal of potential in the arena and would make a wicked heel, breakaway, or calf horse. It would not take much to have him going good out of the box.
