Colonel is a 10-year-old AQHA registered chestnut gelding. He stands just under 15 HH and has a stout build. Sired by JAZ BUENOS NOCHAS, Colonel knows just about all there is to know on the ranch. He is a very cool headed, laid back horse that has plenty of juice and only uses it when asked to. He has been around cattle his entire life, and has penned, sorted, pushed, and doctored cattle while working in sale barns. You name it, he’s seen it. Colonel is very cowy and will also fly to one in the pasture. He is now used daily in our program to pen, sort, and doctor cattle.
