Description:
Seeking honest and hardworking individual to perform a variety of tasks on a private horse ranch in Bailey, Colorado.

This Full Time Position will be open , starting April 2020

Must be Skilled and Experienced Handling, Exercising and Riding horses.

Duties are the following but not limited to:

Daily Feed, keep stalls/runs/stable cleaned.

Regularly clean hooves and brush 3 of the 5 horses on the property.

Maintain pastures and trails on a 35 acre property: control weeds, cut tree branches where needed, etc.

Repair fences as needed.

Minimal handyman skills.

A ranch truck, skid steer and Mule is available to use for the different tasks.

Basic Maintenance of any vehicle on the property, including owner’s vehicles.

This position requires to be in good physical condition, please do not apply if you have difficulty lifting 70 pound bales, pushing heavy items, or have issues with high altitude. And please know this is Colorado, rocky and hilly, and at time very cold and windy and icy. But this is a gorgeous property, with South East exposure and you’ll no doubt love to see the sun shining, most all day long on this unique ranch.
