If you are looking for safe, sane, and FUN then look no further. Dapper Dan is one of those rare gentlemen that you’ll drive the wheels off your truck trying to find. Dan has been used on the ranch and feedlots and has been a kids ranch horse. He is the perfect horse to throw the kiddos on to help dad on the ranch or take to the playdays for the kiddos. Dan has the sweetest personality and loves people and attention, especially kids. He is gentle for absolutely anyone and will keep his rider safe. Dan goes anywhere you point. He is traffic safe, goes through water, over bridges, rides alone or with others, stays at whatever speed you put him at, and is just happy to go and see the sites. I have ponied colts off of him, you can hang all over him, stand up, go under, etc. He is just SAFE!! Absolutely NO buck or nonsense at all wether he is ridden everyday or left to sit for months at a time. Dan is about as honest and dependable as they come and really doesn’t have any holes in him. He is sound and barefoot even on rocks. He is traffic safe, not spooky, and rides BAREBACK and BRIDLELESS about as well as he does saddled with a bit. He is light and responsive to cues and has a good stop. I really could keep going all day about this awesome horse. The only reason I’m selling him is because I am taking a break from colt starting for a while so he’s out a job and is much too nice to sit in my pasture. There really isn’t much this sweet boy couldn’t or wouldn’t do. Truly a horse for the whole family to enjoy.
